CHANGES TO GP APPOINTMENTS
We offer an appointment system called 'Advanced Access', which means that, appointments can be booked on the required day, though a number of pre-bookable appointments will remain available for each doctor up to 6 weeks in advance. We offer extended hours on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday when you can book appointments as early as 7am and as late as 7.30pm.
Telephone consultations are also offered daily with each doctor.
Consultations are by appointment only and our receptionists will endeavour to give you a convenient appointment with a doctor or appropriate Health Care professional of your choice. You will always be offered a consultation with a Health Care professional within 7 working days.
The telephone number to ring for Croft is 421153 (Leamington), the telephone number to ring for Lisle Court is 01926 425436 (Leamington) or 01926 451285 (Bishops Tachbrook) then press 1 for Appointments, press 2 for Test Results and Press 3 (between 9am-1pm) for Prescriptions.
When you make an appointment, you will be asked to give a brief outline of your concern. This enables us to signpost you to the most appropriate clinician or service. All information is treated in the strictest confidence as all staff are bound by the confidentiality law.
Following the Croft and Lisle Court merger patients are able to book an appointment at any of our sites that is convenient for them, or where the most appropriate health professional is based. There may be patients who are unable to attend other sites, apart from their usual / preferred, this will be taken into account at the time of booking appointments with our patients.
